Fire strategies
A fire strategy sets out the fire safety approach for a building, including means of escape, compartmentation and fire detection and alarm systems. It explains how the proposed design addresses the relevant Building Regulations requirements, supporting design coordination and the building control approval process.
Design reviews
ESM Fire reviews proposed layouts and designs against the relevant fire safety requirements and guidance, with the scope tailored to the project. The written report identifies issues requiring changes or further justification and recommends how these can be addressed.
